Jesse Nicholson, COAX’s President gave 27 years of service in the U.S. Army and Mississippi National Guard. Jesse deployed to Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait and was awarded the Bronze Star with Valor, Combat Infantry Badge, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, as well as numerous other accommodations. He retired as a Master Sergeant in September of 2019.

Andrew Schatzle brings a wealth of experience in business leadership, operations, and strategic development to COAX. Drawing on his background as a former Capture Vice President and Senior Proposal Manager, as well as his experience owning and operating five federal contracting businesses, Andrew applies a deep understanding of operational strategy, supply chain management, and business growth.

Rebecca brings extensive experience in driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. She leads COAX’s efforts to deliver industrial and facility supplies—covering plumbing, lighting, janitorial, hardware, safety, and renovation products—while helping clients optimize procurement and streamline operations.
