COAX is a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing industiral pipe and building materials supply to the federal government.

Jesse Nicholson, COAX’s President gave 27 years of service in the U.S. Army and Mississippi National Guard. Jesse deployed to Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait and was awarded the Bronze Star with Valor, Combat Infantry Badge, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, as well as numerous other commodations. He retired as a Master Sergeant in September of 2019.

Andrew Schatzle brings over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the federal procurement and contracting industry, Andrew Schatzle has excelled in proposal and capture management, business development, and strategic acquisition roles across government and industry perspectives. As a Proposal/Capture Management Consultant since 2016 with Fed Blue and an official Shipley and Associates consultant, he has led large-scale efforts for Fortune 500 companies, managing teams of over 50 on pursuits exceeding $10B, while also owning and operating multiple federal contracting businesses. His prior role as Vice President of Capture at major governement SDVOSB involved driving full-lifecycle capture processes, pipeline development, win strategies, subcontractor partnerships, contract novations, and program management for vehicles like GSA VETS-2, NASA SEWP, GSA schedules, and numerous other contract vehicles.
